How long does the whole process
take?
Once you send us your recording we will email you a link to a 30-second
sample of the mastered version within 7 days. Once you approve that sample
we send you an invoice via PayPal. When we receive your payment your
mastered CD is mailed out to you within 24 hours.

What kind of things will I notice
after you've mastered my recording?
You can expect to hear more definition, clarity and depth in your
recording. Your recording will also be a more similar volume to most major
label recordings so that it will not sound out of place when played after a
professional recording.

What if I don't like your mastering
job?
We're positive that you will like how we master your recording.
However, if upon hearing your 30-second sample you would like something
modified, you can request any changes you wish. We will be happy to repeat
this process a total of two times. If after that time you are still not
satisfied, you will be welcome to take your recording elsewhere and you will not
be invoiced by Agreeable Sound.

How can I explain what kind of sound
I'm after?
We are normally able to master your recordings to match similar
professional recordings in the same genre of your work. However, if you
have a specific sound in mind, you can send us a CDR of a similar recording that
you would like us to emulate and we will do our best.

Do I REALLY need to master my
recordings?
Yes! Thanks to new affordable technology, more music than ever
before is being recorded in small or home studios. These recordings have
the ability to sound great, but they need the extra push that professional audio
mastering can provide to make them sound as good as they can.

Couldn't I just do this myself?
You could, but one of the benefits of having a third-party master your
recording is as simple as fresh ears. We know that spending hours on a mix
can turn into a real 'can't see the forest for the trees' situation. We
know what sounds good and we want your recording to sound great.

Are there any hidden costs or fees?
No! All mastering time, CD's, packaging and mailing costs are
included.

How does the order process
work?
Here's how the online order process works step by
step:
- enter your information in the order form
- we email you a username and password
- you FTP your files to us using the username and password sent to you
- within 7days from receiving your files we will email you with a link to a
30-second sample of each mastered piece
- you then have the option of requesting any changes
- once you approve the samples we will send you an invoice via PayPal
- once we receive your payment we will mail you a completed master CD
